OUR COMPANY
Teltron isn’t just a shop—we’re a community.
Built on trust, grit, and real relationships, we combine deep skill with modern tech to deliver parts that perform and partnerships that last. We’ve grown into a one-stop shop by investing in people first—because great work starts with a crew that cares.
Mission
We build more than parts—we build trust.
Our mission is simple: deliver precision metal solutions that perform in the real world and relationships that stand the test of time. We’re obsessed with getting it right—whether it’s a weldment, a deadline, or our word.
Vision
Redefine what American manufacturing looks like.
We’re here to prove you can run a modern, automated shop without losing the soul of the floor. Clear processes. Clear priorities. Clear results. We're doubling down on smart tech, cross-trained teams, and a culture built on pride, not ego.

Our History
Teltron was founded in 1967 by Ernie Whittaker. What started as a small metal shop grew into a trusted name in New England manufacturing—built on precision, integrity, and long-term partnerships.
Now in its third generation, Teltron is led by Ernie’s grandson, Steve Johnson. Since purchasing the company in 2016, Steve has transformed it from a legacy sheet metal shop into a modern, high-performance operation specializing in CNC machining, certified welding, and in-house finishing—all under one roof.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our capabilities and sharpened our edge. Today, we serve high-spec industries including semiconductors, industrial automation, telecom, aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
Facility Transition
In 2025, we moved from a 16K sq. ft. outdated facility into a 35K sq. ft. powerhouse—clean, automated, and built for scale. Every department got an upgrade. New tech, new layout, same team. We kept production running the entire time—zero downtime, zero compromises. It wasn’t just a move. It was a reset.
